This will be an outstanding program that includes the Don and Tamsin Miller 2019 Class of Eagle Scouts, the 2019 Silver Beaver Awards, Council Elbert K. Fretwell Award, the Founder’s Award, the Sea Scout Leadership Award, and more. New for this year we will recognize all 2019 Gold JTE Units.
